Instructions
Chinese Replacement Product Shin Etsu KR-166 silicone resin.
You must dilute SilibaseSR-0944 silicone resin by diluent (such as toluene/xylene) at 1:1 ratio, or 1:0.8 or 1:1.5 ratio depend on your application. Then before you use to coating, you add catalyst then mix them well.
Curing agent SilibaseCA-0944 as catalyst: 2% of the diluted base liquid.
The surface curing period: 150~200℃, 2~10min.
Do not contact with Hs, Hg, Sn, Cd, S, P, N and other compounds, otherwise there will be bad curing.
After mixing SilibaseSR-0944 with catalyst SilibaseCA-0944, it must be used in 7 days.

It is usually dissolved in an organic solvent to improve durability, safety, and reliability in a wide range of fields.
Hydrophobicity
Based on the orientation of the methyl groups in the molecule, the surface of the hardened material has an excellent hydrophobic effect.
Heat resistance
Analogue for Shin Etsu KR-166 silicone resin with heat resistance .The siloxane bond (Si-O-Si) that forms the main structure of the molecular structure has excellent heat resistance due to its strong bonding energy and high thermal decomposition temperature. Usually, even in a high temperature environment of 250°C, it hardly decomposes, ages, or discolors.
High hardness
Because it is composed of a ternary polymer with a high degree of branching, the structure of the hardened material is similar to glass, so it can be reformed into an inorganic surface.
Electrical insulation
Exhibits electrical properties in a wide range of temperatures. In addition, even in a high temperature environment, the electrical insulation performance decreases very little, and the arc resistance is also good.
